Please note that schedules are irregular, and appointments are often available at “off hours” if you do not see anything that fits your schedule please contact us to find an appointment time that will work. If you would like to book within the next 24 hours you will not be able to book online, you will need to contact us to book with short notice.
Some things to keep in mind before your appointment: We do not accept insurance, these visits and medication costs will be out of pocket only.*
Your initial visit is an important one. We need to go over a lot of information with you and decide on a treatment that will be best for your needs.
We want to be prepared for your visit, so prior to your visit we will need to review a physical and labs completed within the last year. Labs should include CBC, CMP, TSH, lipids, A1c. Please fax these to 860-413-0908 or email them at least 2 hours before your visit. Failure to provide this information in a timely manner may lead to cancellation of your appointment. Cancellation fees will apply.
*If you have insurance coverage for semaglutide or tirzepatide (the primary medications we prescribe), but need a prescriber you can still book with us. Your initial visit cost will be the same. At your initial visit we will discuss your plan and costs moving forward and you can decide how you would like to proceed.
